Great local company, Reed is very nice and easy to talk with on the phone. Prices are fair value and electrician was awesome. This review is long overdue and for that I apologise to both Reed and Cole.  We had a terrible contractor who knew enough to be dangerous resulting in not one but two electrical fires.....in came Cole to the rescue.....he patiently and expertly went around fixing the damage and making sure that the house is safe.  Reed also came by to make sure that all was going well.  Could not be more satisfied with this business. We just purchased a home and are out of town. We contacted Reed inquiring about a few electrical things we needed done. He was extremely polite and prompt and came to our home the next day. He executed the tasks we had perfectly and timely. He also kept us updated throughout the day with texts and pictures of his progress. Most importantly, he left our home safe and secure when we was finished. I worked with Reed to have a broken doorbell diagnosed and repaired for an aunt who lives 1,000 miles away from us. He was incredibly responsive and helpful answering my multiple calls promptly so that we could come up with a mutually agreeable time. The technician who arrived, quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem before replacing the bell, chime and transformer. Rob came ot my newly purchased house to inspect what is going on the backyard's messed up wiring. He was able to inspect my 220v and 120v throughly and showed me how things are exactly located and why things were not working and working. He also looked around and gave me the answers that I was looking for. He also did not push me to fix things that are not neccessarily need to be fixed immediately.
